Learning C2C

I’ve been hearing people talk about C2C (corner-to-corner) projects for months and months and months. I decided to finally see what all the fuss was about, got on YouTube, and learned this new-to-me technique. 20160424_123950

To say that I was surprised at how simple it was is an understatement, and the results are just wonderful. Additionally, I couldn’t believe how quickly it worked up! All those people who ask, “I forgot about this baby shower and it’s in 4 days!! What’s a quick baby blanket pattern?? HELP!” Well… C2C is my new answer!

I whipped up this little baby blanket with some stash yarn in a couple of evenings. I love the subtle blocky texture that C2C provides, and kept the border simple with some double crochets for this reason.

Now I understand why so many people are using this method for graphs! Maybe that will be next on my project list! 🙂
